Many of you have clearly defined sales process that consists of the same actions that need to be taken to convert a lead to a customer. The tasks usually need to be done in a certain order depending on the lead’s responsiveness to your sales actions. As some of you said, it would be a great help to create a Next Actions “template” list to pick your next task from instead of re-typing every time. We called it a Predefined Sales Action list which is another way how to make working in OnePage account more efficient.
First you need to set up your template list under Account > Settings > Sales Actions. Once you are done every time you start typing a task that matches any of your predefined tasks you’ll be prompted to select it from the dropdown list. Just select, save and you’re done! You can move on to the next lead now.
It’s simple. Give it a go!
